Carol J. Carr, 65, of Woodbine died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Courthouse.
Born in Sea Isle City on December 3, 1948 to Dorothy Grace Tozer Murray of Dorchester and the late Stephen Tozer, she was the wife of Arnold H. Carr. Carol had lived at her present address for the past 20 years and prior to that had resided in Petersburg.
Before her retirement, she had been employed at the Woodbine Developmental Center for 20 years.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by a son, Kenneth Fithian of Woodbine; a brother, Charles Tozer; a sister, Pat Tozer, four step-daughters and seven step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
