Jon L. Watson, 43, of Bridgeton died unexpectedly on Friday, June 3, 2016. Jon was born in Bridgeton to Linda Perry Watson of Bridgeton and the late William Watson. He had been a lifetime resident of Bridgeton. Jon had been self-employed in the construction trade and in his free time he enjoyed outdoor activities and fishing. He loved to spend time with his family and was known as a good person and was loved by all who knew him. He would do anything to help anyone in need. In addition to his mother, Linda and her companion Terry Jordan, he is survived by his wife, Helen Lloyd of Bridgeton; three children, Jon L. Watson, Jr. of Bridgeton, Gage Lloyd-Watson of Bridgeton, Aubreona Lloyd-Watson of Bridgeton, Justin Lloyd-Watson of Bridgeton; a grandson, Jon L. Watson, III and an uncle, Robert Perry of Modesto, CA. Funeral Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, June 10th at 1 PM. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 12 to 1PM prior to the services.
