Obituary of Robert E. Stidham

Robert E. Bobby” Stidham, 60, of Bridgeton died on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland following an extended illness. Robert was born in Bybee, TN to the late Emmitt Stidham and Eva Lee Hayes Stidham. He had been a resident of the Bridgeton area most of his life. Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a heat treater tempering steel at WW Manufacturing in Bridgeton for many years. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and watching his favorite teams the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He loved to have a good time. He is survived by five siblings, Patricia Schaper of Rosenhayn, Danny Stidham of Elmer, Rosemarie Rempfer of Hopewell Twp., Lisa Martin of Bridgeton, and Jimmy Stidham of Shiloh Borough and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by three siblings, Larry Stidham, Brenda Mangini and Michael Stidham. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Monday evening, November 14th at 8 PM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 6 PM to 8 PM prior to the services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Robert’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
