Ronald Robinson, Sr., age 72, of Bridgeton died Saturday, April 28, 2012 at South Jersey Extended Care following three years of declining health.
A lifetime Bridgeton resident, he was the son of the late Evern Robinson and Minnie Faison Robinson and was born in Bridgeton on August 2, 1939. He was formerly employed with the Hunt Foods Company in Bridgeton and also with several other area food processing companies.
Surviving are two daughters, Diedre Pierce of Stow Creek Twp. and Ronny Stubbs of Bridgeton; two sons, Ronald Robinson, Jr. and Roderick Robinson both of Vineland; a brother, Cleon "Hawk" Robinson of Bridgeton; and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Theodore "Tex" Robinson.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 7th at PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township at 12 Noon. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services. Burial will take place at Fordville Memorial Park in Fairfield Township.
