Obituary of Donald B. Weaver

Donald B. Weaver, Jr., 68, of Atlantic City, died Friday, May 11, 2012 the Eastern Pines Convalescent Center in Atlantic City. The son of the late Donald B. Weaver and Ella Roberts Weaver, he was born in Bridgeton on January 17, 1944. He had lived at his present address for 20 years and prior to that had resided in Pleasantville and Bridgeton. Before his retirement he had worked at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City and also with the Bechtel Power Corp. during the construction of the Artificial Island nuclear facilities. He is survived by a daughter, Ella R. McDowell of Bridgeton; a son, Derrick Holden of Mays Landing; a brother, Isa Amuid of Philadelphia, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Weaver. Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at the Gouldtown Memorial Park in Fairfield Township. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
