Obituary of Gloria Ann Cullen

Gloria Ann Cullen, 68, of Millville died on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Kennedy Hospital-Cherry Hill Campus following an extended illness.

            Gloria Ann was born in Millville to Robert Cullen and the late Avis Broughton Cullen. She had spent her late teen years in VA until moving back to the Millville area where she lived for the rest of her life.

            Prior to her retirement, Gloria Ann had worked as a shucker for the Surf Side Seafood Co. in Port Norris. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Norris. In her free time, Gloria Ann enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and visiting Atlantic City.

            In addition to her father,
She is survived by five sons: Rodney Cullen of Millville; Gary Cullen and his wife, DeAndra of Upper Marlboro, MD; Donnie Cullen of Millville; Raheim Cullen-Holloway of Millville; and Alco Cullen-Holloway of Bridgeton; a nephew she treated like her son, Ronald Broughton, Jr.;10 siblings, 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers.

            Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, 2411 Memorial Ave., Port Norris on Saturday, September 9th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
