Obituary of Barbara D. Rafferty

            Barbara D. Rafferty 68, of Commercial Twp. died on Monday, January 1, 2018 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland.

            Born in Millville to the late Joseph Locke and Martha Warfle Locke, she was the wife of the late Michael P. Rafferty. Barbara was a lifetime resident of Millville.

            She was a homemaker who in her free time enjoyed sewing and scrapbooking. Barbara loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

            She is survived by six children, Lisa Williams of Commercial Twp., William Neff of Cedarville, Joseph Rafferty of Commercial Twp., Russell Boyd of San Diego, CA, Herb Gaskill of Bridgeton and David Butenewicz of Franklinville; a brother, Robert Heulings of Cumberland; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Stacy Locke, Joseph Locke and Otley Heulings and her step-father, Otley Heulings.

            Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, January11^th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Greenwood Memorial Park in Millville. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
