Obituary of Barbara A. Orr

            Barbara Orr, 67, of Cedarville passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

            Born in Bridgeton to the late Melvin Munyon and Myra Richie Munyon, she was the wife of Mahlon Orr. Barbara was raised in Newport and when she and Mahlon were married they moved to Cedarville where she resided for the rest of her life.

            She had been previously employed by Wheaton Consolidated in Cedarville, the Vineland Developmental Center and Sharp's Wallpaper in Fairton. Barbara was a member of Center Grove United Methodist Church in Lawrence Twp. where she taught Sunday school. In her free time, she loved flower gardening, caring for her houseplants and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

            She is survived by her husband, Mahlon Orr of Cedarville; a son, John “JB” Rhubart, Sr. and his wife, Joy of Millville; four brothers, Jimmy Munyon of Cedarville, Harry Munyon of Cedarville, William Munyon of Newport, and Keith Munyon of Missouri; her sister-in-law, Cheryl “Cheri” Sharp of Millville; three grandchildren, Miranda “Randi” Rhubart, John “Boo” Rhubart, Jr. and Sophia Paige Rhubart; two step grandchildren, Alicia Chanza and Robert Craner; her best friend, Shirley Bown of Cedarville, her goddaughter, Brittany Campbell; her godsons, Bill and Steven Munyon and her father-in-law, Charles Danley of Fairton. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Munyon.

            Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 160 Main Street, Cedarville on Thursday, January 25^th at 1 PM.
