Martha "Frances" Weber, age 94, a lifetime Bridgeton resident died at her home on Thursday, September 29, 2011 following a brief illness.
Born in Bridgeton on November 5, 1916 she was the wife of the late William E. Weber, Sr. A homemaker, she was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bridgeton where she was active in years past. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and well known for her baking, especially her pies.
Frances is survived by two sons, William E. Weber, Jr. of Upper Deerfield Township and David A. Weber and his wife Rosemarie of Millville; a daughter, Harriet W. Winter of Upper Deerfield Township, 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her twin sister, Mary Hepner and a brother, Elmer Creamer.
Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Tuesday, October 4th at 11 AM. Burial will take place at Friendship Finley Cemetery, Upper Deerfield Township. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10:30 to 11:00.
