Tommy, Cathy and families. So sorry for losing a great great man. He is in my memory often since l practically lived there. He was always kind and considerate. I remember our car breaking down on the bridge downtown, we couldn't get Daddy. So Uncle Tom came down , pushed us out of traffic and rescued us.This is a true story-l fell in the pool, there were legs kicking me under the water l was swallowing, he grabbed me by the back of my bathing suit and lifted me high out of the water. Nobody else noticed. He would explain things to me, cause l always had questions about any thing. He had hidden sleigh bells He'd ring after Nannys party and we'd rush home to bed. Don't think l ever heard him yell, and he always had a smile for me. I will miss him sincerely. What a great childhood we had in that family neighborhood. Love to all.
