Obituary of Toby A. Williams

            Toby A. Williams, 79, of Rosenhayn passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.  Born in Leckie, West Virginia to the late Everett Williams and Rachael McGrady Williams, he was the husband of the late Ann Hayden Williams.  He had been a Rosenhayn resident for over 50 years. 

            Toby was a veteran having served his country in the United States Army.  Before his retirement he had been employed at the Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Bridgeton.  He attended Faith Bible Church in Vineland and enjoyed gardening and yard work at his home. 

            He is survived by his two daughters, Penny Williams of Rosenhayn and Josie Morgan and her husband Dave of Bridgeton; a grandson, Matthew Berry and his wife Shana of PA; a great-grandson, Matthew Berry, Jr.; a sister, Susie and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Debbie Stamm; his son in law, Rick Stamm; four brothers, Lee, Luther, Junior and James “Bear” Williams and three sisters, Polly, Helen and Linda. 

            Graveside funeral services will be held at Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery in Hopewell Township on Friday, June 15^th at 2:30 PM where the interment will follow the services.  Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in Toby’s memory be made to a Veterans charity of one’s choice.  Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
