Obituary of Russell J. Brown

Russell J. Brown, 74, of Stow Creek Township, passed away unexpectedly in Cooper Hospital, Camden, in Friday, July 20, 2012, after a brief illness. Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Leon W. Brown and Viola Simpkins Brown. He had resided in Stow Creek Township for most of his life. Russell retired from Wheaton Glass Co. in Millville, where he worked in the packing department for 42 years. Survivors include: two sisters, Helene Kuhn,Stow Creek Township and Evelyn "Betty" Franklin, Lower Alloways Creek and one brother, Barry L. Brown, Hopewell Township. Funeral services will be held in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Thursday morning, July 26, at 11:00 O'clock. Burial will be in Fernwood Memorial Park, Hopewell Township. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday morning between 10:00 and 11:00 O'clock, prior to the services.
