Just a great guy and not because he was my uncle.Always upbeat. Never an unkind word. Uncle Ernie gave us our first TV. He and Aunt Inky took Clarence and me in when Mom was in the hospital. We had some great family reunions. And yes. he was the best musician in the Stiles Band. Boy could he wail a country tune.
We were so sorry to hear about Barney passing away. He was a great man and a great Elk. Barney is going to be missed by a great many people. A little known fact he played music at are wedding. He always had a smile and a joke for many people.He is with Inky now and they are happy and at peace.
