Obituary of Marie E. Ennals

Marie E. Ennals, 79, of Hopewell Twp. and formerly of Port Norris passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp.

Born in Port Norris to the late John Lee and Dorothy Whittington Lee, she was the wife of the late Howard Ennals. Marie had resided at the Cumberland Manor since 2009 and had lived in Millville and Port Norris prior to that.

Before her retirement she had been employed at Gorton Seafood Co. in Millville and Riggins & Robbins Oyster Co. in Port Norris. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Norris.

She is survived by seven sisters, Thelma Lee of Millville, Brenda Lee-Upshur of Fullerton, CA, Vernal Johnson of Port Norris, Sharon Wallace of Millville, Veronica Lee of Millville, Darnel Smith of Port Norris and Lynette Foreman of Millville; three brothers, Elrod Lee of Port Norris, John Lee of Millville and Aaron Lee of Millville; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Howard, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Valarie Lee-Nottingham; a brother, Leonard Lee; and three sisters, Carol Ann Lee, Doris Bowser and Phyllis Lee; a grandson, Maurice Lee and a brother in law, Calvin Ennals.

Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, 2411 Memorial Ave., Port Norris on Saturday, February 2nd at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior the services.
