Obituary of Daniel M. Vassalotti

The son of the late Michael Vassalotti and Carmela Vassalotti and husband of the late Jacquelyn Knight Vassalotti, he was born in Landisville on July 3, 1937. He moved to Vineland in 1965 and had lived there most of his life. Mr. Vassalotti had been employed by Wheaton Plastics in Mays Landing from which he retired in 2003. He enjoyed working on antique cars, going to car shows and driving. He was also a member of several area car clubs. Surviving are three daughters, Donna Patrick of Shiloh, Jackie Vassalotti and Mark Arnold of Vineland and Tracy Vassalotti of Vineland; two sons, Danny Vassalotti and Gary Vassalotti both of Vineland; a brother, Marino Vassalotti and his wife Grace of Cherry Hill; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Jacquelyn Knight Vassalotti, to whom he was a dedicated loving husband and family man, two sisters and one brother.
