Obituary of David A. Weber

David A. Weber, 70, of Millville passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at his home.

Born in Bridgeton to the late William Weber, Sr. and Frances Creamer Weber, he was the husband of Rosemarie Menke Weber. David had been a resident of Millville for the past 35 years and prior to that he had lived in Vineland.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam Conflict. Before his retirement, David had been employed at South Woods State Correctional Facility where he worked as an HVAC Technician. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bridgeton where he was an active member. He was also active in the church's food bank ministry and later worked with a larger food bank serving the area. David was also an animal lover.

He is suvived by; his wife, Rosemarie Weber of Vineland; a daughter, Heather Weber of Wisconsin; a son, Timothy David Weber and his wife, Ann of NC; a grandson, George William Weber and a brother, William Weber, Jr. of Upper Deerfield Twp. He was preceded in death by a sister, Harriet Winter.

Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cumberland County Veteran's Cemetery in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
