Obituary of Louise E. Gates

Louise E. Gates, 66, of Fairfield Twp., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Oakland, California to the late Harold and Ella Blue Sheff, she had been the wife of the late Donald Gates. Louise had been a resident of Cumberland County most of her life.

In her free time she enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her dogs, camping and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

She is survived by; her daughter, Lisa Gates and husband, Leslie of Fairfield Twp.; two brothers, Sunny Sheff of FL and Chester Sheff of PA; three sisters, Mildred Duttko of TN, Anna Pitts of NJ and Dianne Simonini of NJ; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Sheff.
