Obituary of Melinda "Mindy" C. Walsh

Melinda “Mindy” Walsh, 49, of Carneys Point passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at her home. Born in Bridgeton to the Kenneth Ackley and Rebecca Palmer Ackley, she was the wife of Douglas S. Walsh, Jr. Mindy had resided in Carneys Point for the past 17 years and prior to that she had lived in Hopewell Twp. Mindy had been previously employed with the Cumberland County Board of Social Services in Vineland. She attended the New Life Worship Center in Pennsville. Mindy had enjoyed doing hair and make up and most of all spending time with her daughter who she loved very much. In addition to her parents, she is survived by; her husband, Douglas S. Walsh, Jr.; her daughter, Haylie Walsh; her brother, Brian K.. Ackley and his wife, Debbie of Upper Deerfield Twp. and her sister, Julianne Smith and her husband, Tim of Upper Deerfield Twp. Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 27th at New Life Worship Center, 80 South Hook Rd. Pennsville, NJ at 6 PM.
