Obituary of Joyce C Foster

Joyce C. Foster, 89, of Hopewell Township passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Township. The wife of the late Frank C. Foster, Sr., she was born in Shiloh and was the daughter of the late William “Pete” Carter and Dolores Prince Carter. She had lived in Hopewell Township for the past four years and had resided in Newport prior to that. Before her retirement, Joyce had been employed with Wheaton Glass Company in Millville. She enjoyed crocheting, playing Bingo and spending time with her good friend Patty. She is survived by a daughter, Suzanne Bradford (Nick) of Newport; a son, Jeffrey W. Foster, Sr. of Cedarville; a sister, Janis Hayes of PA; 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by a son, Frank C. Foster, Jr., a daughter, Karen Marlene Foster, a brother, William Carter, Jr., a sister, Marlene Jenkins and an infant grandson. Services were private at the convenience of the family.
