I was thinking of Lori last week as I was slicing a loaf of bread.My mind went back 40 years and I was in the Burlews' kitchen trying my best to slice a loaf and doing a terrible job.Lori came to my aid,took the knife,and cut perfect slices.There was also the time she phoned me about Space.Space was at her house,actually he was in the gold fish pond.He was still splashing around when I arrived.We all agreed this was not to happen again.We were flying to Tucson in the late 70's but a snow storm forced a cancellation.The Burlews came over and helped us clear the driveway.It was a loooooong driveway and there was 12 inches of snow to move.I'll always remember their kindness!Love to Heidi and Jack.Pete
