Obituary of Eugene Hall, Sr.

Eugene Hall, Sr., 66, of Bridgeton passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden. Born in Bridgeton to the late West Hall, Sr. and Mamie M. Pitts Hall, he was the husband of Victoria J. Pernell Hall. He had been a lifetime resident of the Bridgeton area. Eugene had been employed in the construction trade with Union Local 222 in Camden. He was a member and served as a deacon at Shiloh Baptist Church in Vineland. In his free time Eugene enjoyed watching football and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Victoria J. Hall of Bridgeton; three children, Keya Hall of Bridgeton, Genia Hall of Vineland and Eugene Hall, Jr. of Bridgeton and six siblings, Beulah Coleman of Bridgeton, Pauline Washington of Ware, GA, Lona Mae Hall of Bridgeton, Bobby Hall of Vineland, Rose Hall of Bridgeton and Mary Hall-Johnson of Vineland. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Leroy Hall, Sr., Jay C. Hall, West Hall, Jr. and Willie Hall and a sister, Hattie Hall. Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, 1837 NE Blvd., Vineland on Friday, January 31st at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp.
