John H. Burns, 77, of Mt. Pleasant, SC formerly of Bridgeton passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Mount Pleasant Manor.
Born in Bridgeton to the late George Burns, Sr. and Grace Loper Burns, he had been a Bridgeton resident most of his life.
Prior to his retirement, he had been employed with Wheaton Glass Co. in Millville. He was a member of the Lady of Mt. Carmel Religious Order and a member of the Parish of the Holy Cross in Bridgeton.
He was preceded in death by; two brothers, George Bunrs, Jr. and Carl “Corky” Burns and a sister, Eunice Smith.
