Obituary of Orisha Ramsey

Born on March 23, 1928 in Philadelphia, PA to the late James A. Kennerly and Cora Jones Kennerly, she was the wife of the late Charles Ramsey. She had lived at her present address since 2003 and prior to that had resided in Seabrook.
Before her retirement she had been employed with Hess Nursery in Newport and other farms in the area.
Mrs. Ramsey is survived by four nieces, Matilda Grant of Pittsgrove, Rosa Lee Alexander of Whitesboro, Rebecca Harris of Vineland and Sophie Mae Chapman of Millville; a nephew, Clarence Alexander, Jr. of Pittsgrove and several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, October 15th at 11 AM at Fordville Memorial Park in Fairfield Township. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
