Obituary of Mary Ann Stubbs

Mary Ann Stubbs, age 69, of Millville died Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at South Jersey Regional Medical Center. A Millville resident most of her life, she was born on November 6, 1942 in Lewisburg, West Virginia to the late James Commondor and Katheryn Cardwell Commondor and was the wife of Arthur H. Stubbs. Mary Ann had previously worked for several clothing companies in the area including the Crown Clothing Company in Vineland. In addition to her husband, Arthur, she is survived by a son, Avery Stubbs of Leesburg; two step-daughters, Pamela Heggins of Midway, GA and Jessica Cuff of Newport News, VA; two step-sons, Jules Stubbs of Rahway and Arthur Stubbs, Jr. of Ewing and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Wanda Cardwell. Funeral services will be held at In His Presence Worship Center, 221 East Broad Street, Millville on Wednesday, October 17th at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the church from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services. Burial will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Township.
