Obituary of Charles H. Burgess

He was born on December 2, 1940 in Richwood, West Virginia to the late Macel Ware and Harold Bugess. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Barbara (Clark) Burgess of Vineland, as well as many precious nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He worked for 36 years at Shield Alloy in Newfield and attended Faith Baptist Church in Pittsgrove. He was a musical person who played guitar and drums, and loved to sing. He was most known for his fun-loving spirit, his heart for the children in his family, and his love for Jesus Christ. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at Centerton Freewill Baptist Cemetery, Dealtown Road, Centerton, on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 11 AM. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bridgeton Christian School at 27 Central Avenue, Bridgeton, 08302 or to Faith Baptist Church, 465 Greenville Road, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318.
