Obituary of Juanita Rebecca Layne

Juanita Rebecca Layne, 64, of Carney's Point passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill. Born in Bridgeton to the late, James Earl Dunne and Rebecca Pierce Dunne, she was the wife of Richard Layne. Juanita had been a resident of Carney's Point for over 20 years and prior to that she had lived in Salem and Bridgeton. Juanita was a homemaker and she was a member of New Life Destiny Fellowship Church in Salem. In her free time, she enjoyed crafts and any activity involving her grandchildren. She is survived by; her husband, Richard Layne of Carney's Point; two daughters, Tanya Dunne of New Castle, DE and Tamisha Collins of Sewell; three siblings, Annamary Butler of Salem, Joyce Rolle of Newark, DE and Earl Dunne of Salem; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings, William Still, Clayton Still, Roger Still, Vincent Dunne and Antionette Taylor. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, March 18th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9 AM to 11 AM, prior to the services.
