John P. “Jackie” Mitchell, 79, of Bridgeton passed away on Wednesday November 3, 2021 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.
Jackie was born in Jamaica, NY to the late Thomas F. Mitchell and Agnes Nolan Mitchell, he was the youngest of four brothers. He moved to the Cumberland County area in his early 40's.
In his free time he enjoyed reading, he was an avid reader, especially of World History. Jackie enjoyed photography and loved his cat.
He is survived by; several nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Agnes Mitchell; brothers, Thomas F. Mitchell, Eugene C. Mitchell and Gerald K. Mitchell.
