Obituary of Thomas R. Denby

Thomas R. “Tommy” Denby, 56, of Bridgeton passed away at Copper University Hospital on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Tommy was born in Millville to the late Everette Henry Denby, Sr. and Mattie Mae Blakely Denby. He grew up in Cedarville and had been a Cumberland County resident his whole life. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, he loved to just chill. He loved R&B music, cars and barbecues. He is survived by; his daughter Taika Nelson of IL; siblings; Ella Mae Turner of Millville, Bonnie Ellis of Pittsgrove Twp., Everette Denby, Jr. (Kathleen) of Cedarville, Geraldine Young (Tommy) of Washington, D.C., Robert Denby of CT, Fonzie White of Bridgeton, Linda Denby of DE and Timothy Denby of Millville; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sherrie Riley. Services were help privately at the convenience of the family.
