Obituary of Helen Bermudez

With much regret and sorrow we are informing of the demise of our dear beloved Helen Bermudez, who passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. She was born on August 9, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York City and was the wife of Victor Bermudez for 52 glorious years. Helen was mother to Michael (Devon), Victor (Hilda) and Daniel (Donna) Bermudez; grandmother to Christopher (Genesis), Shianne, Danny, Jr., Ciara, Caren, Carah, Michael, Jr. and Ava; great-grandmother to Aubree, CJ and Elsie. She was predeceased by her darling mother, Inez Marcano and her father, John Marcano. Helen retired from her work with the State of New Jersey at the Cumberland Day Treatment Program and at the Vineland Prep Academy loving and working with juveniles, saving many of them from living sad and hard lives. Above all Helen loved the Lord with her heart and soul, warming the hearts of all those she met. She loved music, to paint, travel, cook, dance, laugh and being the life of the party and praising the Lord in church and late into the night. She is now Heaven and forever in our hearts and minds. A visitation for family will be held at the All Nations Assembly of God Church, 660 Landis Avenue, Bridgeton on Saturday, January 22nd from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, followed by a visitation for friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Services will follow at the church at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
