Mr. Ratliff (as I would fondly call him) was a strong, resilient and very funny man! My deepest condolences to his family and friends. He was loved and is greatly missed. May his soul continue resting in perfect peace.
Dave will always be remembered as a truly fun loving guy and I am honored to have known hin all my life! My sincerest condolences to all the family and I am praying for peace and comfort during these most trying times
