Joni was a valued and loved member of the Mannington family. I had the extreme privilege of sharing a team with Joni. We loved hearing stories about her family, and I personally loved her enthusiasm regarding every new experience and opportunity we shared at work. In the past week, I've heard from so many people about how fond they were of Joni. For Joni's family, please know that your loss is our loss, and that we will be with you in spirit and in prayer.
