Obituary of Ryan Powell

Ryan Powell (Ron), 55, was born July 16, 1967, in Bridgeton NJ to Annie Goodwin and James Reid. He departed this life on Sunday, December 25, 2022, peacefully in his home. Ron was educated in the Bridgeton Public School systems. He was a packer at Easter Seal's for eight years. Ron loved spending time with his Big Brother June, watching the football games. The Steelers was his favorite team. Ron enjoyed riding his bike. He also enjoyed dancing and animals. Ron leaves to cherish his memories his close friend Vanessa, brother Lionel Powell (Lynn), of Bridgeton, NJ, two sisters Denise Goodwin of Tampa, FL, Denise Rivers of Millville NJ, and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Ron was predeceased in death by his mother Annie Goodwin, father James Reid, sister Tony Goodwin, grandmother Rebecca Powell and stepfather Ben Goodwin. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Thursday, January 5th at 11:00AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the services. Burial will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp.
