Obituary of Warren D. Cox, Jr.
Please share a memory of Warren to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Warren D. Cox, 75, of Upper Deerfield died on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Inspira Vineland surrounded by family. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Warren and Anna Cox, he was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and had a career as a computer programmer and application consultant at Magnetic Metals, Stone & Webster and retired from The Franklin Mint.
Warren was a big personality. And if you were lucky enough to know him, you were sure to love him! He was a selfless man and nothing was too much when it came to family. He could often be found helping coach soccer and softball teams, even camping with Girl Scouts when his kids were young. Warren had an uncanny wit that will be greatly missed.
Warren loved his Eagles, Phillies and was an avid golfer.
Warren is survived by his loving wife, Harriet, of 53 years; children Patty Shelton (Harry), Janis Bokma (Mike) and David Cox; grandchildren Hannah Nezdyur (Max), Michael Bokma (Megan) and Jordan Shelton; great granddaughter Savannah Bokma; sister Janis Stuffo (Jim) and nieces and nephews.
To honor Warren’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. We invite you to privately celebrate Warren’s memory in your own ways.
