Judith Carol Howell, 82, of Pennington, NJ passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Samaritan Center in Mt. Holly.
Born in Canonsburg, PA she was the daughter of the late James L. Holleran and Ruth McKee Holleran and the wife of Welling Howell, Jr. She had lived in Pennington for 19 years and prior to that had resided in Ephrata and Lancaster, PA.
A homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and caring for her yard.
In addition to her husband, Welling, she is survived by her children, Nancy Burt, John Wagner, Diana Wagner and Andrew Wagner, as well as step-daughters Lauri & Pam, 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Bonnie McCoy, 1 grandchild and 1 great-grandchild along with brothers and sisters, James, John, Barbara, Helen and Marilyn.
Private graveside services and burial will take place in Pennsylvania.
