Obituary of Jo Ann Jannelli

Jo Ann Jannelli, age 76, of Bridgeton, passed away on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 at her home. She was born in Norristown, PA and was the daughter of Joseph and Betty Bono. She later attended Bridgeton High Shcool, when at sixteen, she met her future husband, Carmen T. Jannelli, and have been together until her passing. No one can remember her having a cruel word about anyone. She had a beautiful smile and was quick to laughter. She will forever be remembered for taking care of her husband by the hand after he suffered head and body trauma following a severe head-on collision. Afterwards he took care of her for many many years as she fought three cancer diagnoses, Alzheimers and Covid, but always kept smiling to keep Carmen going. She is survived by; her husband, Carmen Jannelli of Bridgeton; two sons, Angelo and Anthony Janelli; a daughter, Felicia (Leon); four grandsons, Angelo Jannelli Jr., Anthony Jannelli Jr., Justin Miller, and Dustin “Dusty” Miller and a sister Anna Shatkin. She is predeceased in death by; her son, Carmen Jannelli Jr., in 2009. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
