Obituary of Ruthanne Grimmett

Born in Millville on January 12th, 1944 to the late Richard Charlton and Ruth Idahand Charlton, she was the wife of the late Charles Richard Grimmett. She had lived in Hopewell Township for the past 3 years and prior to that was raised in Fairfield Township. Ruthanne resided in Cedarville from 1977-1989 then returned to her childhood home in Fairfield where she lived until moving to Hopewell Township. Prior to her retirement she had been employed by Keystone Mercy Health Plan in Philadelphia, PA as a business analyst. She had also been employed by Coventry Healthcare in Newark, DE as a customer service/claim service specialist and United Healthcare in Millville as a Lead Claim Examiner. Surviving are her son, Ryan A. Grimmett and his wife Kristine of Philadelphia, PA; three grandchildren, Richard Cooper, Jr., Chastity Cooper, Shannon Cooper and their mother, Shirley Morgan and two great-grandchildren. Besides her late husband, Charles Richard Grimmett she was preceded in death by a son, Richard A. Cooper, Sr. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 4th at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Township. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services.
