Mrs. Hannah was a pillar of Deerfield Presbyterian Church and the Upper Deerfield community. I was privileged to be a part of the 4-H cooking group that she taught in her home after school when I was in elementary school. She was a wonderful cook and taught a group of girls in her home. I was able to learn the basics of cooking, and the proper setting of the table. She was a lovely, warm and generous woman. She was an inspiration to being a happy homemaker. She was also a wonderful seamstress. I will never forget her! Peggy Pratt Bivins
