Obituary of Beatrice Kay Chester

Beatrice K. Chester, 76, of Upper Deerfield Twp. passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Inspira Hospital in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton to the late Howard Groves and Lillian Jenkins, she was the wife of the late John L. Chester. Beatrice was a long time resident of Upper Deerfield Twp. and prior to that she had resided in Bridgeton. Beatrice held many jobs. She was a clerk for Atlantic City Electric for many years and then went on to drive school buses for CJ's Bus Service. In her free time, she enjoyed all sorts of arts and crafts and was an avid camper. Beatrice was also a huge animal lover. She is survived by her two children, Lisa Chester-Rogue of Bridgeton and John H. Chester (Bonnie) of Fortescue; her grandchildren, Albert (Kayla), Chelsea (Bruce), Madeline, Leslie Jr., Ariel and Victoria and numerous great-grandchildren.
