In every joyful memory of Willard, we remember his laughter echoing through the years. A radiant spirit who brought wisdom, courage and kindness into our lives. With a voice reminiscent of the great Elvis Presley, Cecil charmed many hearts and filled spaces with melody, Elizabeth's being one.. He loved dearly his daughter Jamie Lynn and cherished his Smoky Mountain roots. The house felt like home because of him. His absence leaves a void that is palpable yet his rich legacy continues to inspire.
