Marva A Washington, 86, long time resident of Linden, NJ, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of July 13, 2024.
Marva leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Thomas Sr., of 68 years; sons, Thomas Jr. (Tonya), Karl (Theresa), Warren (Cynthia), James (Shauna); and her daughter, Deidra Lawrence; as well as extended daughters, Jaraysha Smith (Gary), Julie Jones (Edwina); and special cousin, Cheryl Williams; along with a host of other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 12 NOON at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11 AM to 12 NOON prior to the service. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
The family asks that everyone planning to stay for the service arrive no later than 11:45 am as a Celebration of Life Ceremony will begin promptly at 12 Noon.
