Obituary of Eddie L. Jenkins Jr.

Eddie L. Jenkins, Jr., 56, of Millville passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024 at Inspria Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton to Ruby L. Mack Wright and the late Eddie L. Jenkins, Sr., he was a resident of Cumberland County all of his life. Eddie had worked as a cook throughout his career. He was known as a jokester and class clown in his school days and loved to make people laugh. No one ever had anything bad to say about Eddie. He is survived by; his mother, Ruby Wright of Bridgeton; his siblings, Janice R. Carter, Kimberly A. Aldana-Flores (Margarito) and Daniel Jenkins; his son, Lamar Holmes; a granddaughter and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by; his father, Eddie L. Jenkins, Sr. and his companion, Annie Burden. A celebration of Eddie's life will be held at the Cornbread House, 1167 Bridgeton-Millville Pike on Saturday, September 14th at 5 PM.
