Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. With grieving hearts we share your sorrow and pain, and long for God's promise , soon to come, where death will no longer exists. {Revelation 21:4, 5}. May you find the strength, comfort and peace in God’s word, the Bible, knowing that your loved ones are safely resting in the unlimited memory of Jehovah and Jesus Christ! , While you wait patiently and look forward to that glorious day, when those you've loved awaken from their sleep ! { John 5:28, 29 }

Ralph truly was a great friend and saddened by his passing. We go back to the class of 65 at BSH (Millie Contino"s homeroom), we both were veteran's and shared an interest in weaponry. Have fond memories of his parent's on Fayette Street prior to moving from Bridgeton to start college and enter the US Army. Some great memories for sure and you will be missed, my deepest of sympathies to his family.

Q: What 3 words best describe Ralph and why?
A: A gentle giant! That is the way I would describe Ralph. A big man with a tender and compassionate heart. He was looking to do good. When I baptized him into Christ, he was afraid he would be too big for me to get him down into the water, and back up out of the water. I assured him that with God's help, I could do anything. We were friends for years, but when we ultimately moved from Vineland to our next church, we lost touch. Thanking God for Facebook, that put us back in touch with each other. And, our relationship took up where we left off, 40 years earlier. Heaven will be sweeter because we know each other here.

Ralph was a great shipmate and an even greater friend. We knew each other for over 40 years. We served together and had many good times. He was someone who always helped others. After the Navy, we kept in touch via Facebook. I will miss him dearly, but I know he is in a better place. God bless him and his family. Love to them all.

I have known him for many years. My children remember as a Royal Ranger and a great cook at the critter dinners. Lois Hall
