Obituary of Mary Vest

Born in Braeholm, W.VA. on May 6, 1931 to the late Louis D. Adkins and Parsie Vance Adkins, she was the wife of the late Clarence James Vest. She had been an Upper Deerfield resident since 1950 after moving here from West Virginia. Before caring for her family as a homemaker, Mary had worked at Chiari's Diner in the early 1950's. She is survived by; a son, James E. Vest and his wife Linda of Canton; three daughters, Janice Vineyard and her husband Edward of Upper Deerfield Twp., Lisa Dauk and her husband Rob of Stuart, FL and Cathy J. Bullock and her husband Bart of Upper Deerfield Twp.; a sister, Bessie Trull and her husband Marsell of Millville; 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. She was preceded in death by; two brothers, Gene and Esker Adkins and two sisters, Marie Holland and Georgie Bentz. Funeral Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Saturday, April 13th at 10 AM. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Township. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9 AM to 10 AM prior to the services.
