Obituary of Karen M. Ames

Karen M. Ames, age 52, of Millville died Friday, April 12, 2013 at South Jersey Regional Medical Center following a lengthily illness. The daughter of the late George Heiler and Hedwig Ogorsell Heiler and the wife of Anthony R. Ames, she was born in Camp Springs, MD on November 30, 1960. A homemaker, she had been a Millville resident for the past nine years and prior to that had resided in Bridgeton. In addition to her husband Anthony, she is survived by a son, Jonathan Ames of Millville; two daughters, Christina Ames of Vineland and Rebecca Ames of Millville; a stepdaughter, Vicki Hile of FL; a sister, Christine Meers of VA, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Anthony Ames, Jr. Friends will be received at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, April 18th from 2 PM to 3 PM.
