Obituary of Crystal C. DeShields

Crystal C. DeShields, age 43, of Columbia, SC and formerly of Bridgeton died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Providence North East Hospital in Columbia, SC. Born in Elmer on September 18, 1969, she was the daughter of Warren P. Henson of Athens, GA and Peggy Lee Trent of Bridgeton. She had lived in Columbia for the past year and was a lifetime Bridgeton resident prior to that. Crystal was currently employed with Direct TV in Columbia and had previously been employed at Lucas Freezer Company in Vineland. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Shakia Mack of Columbia, SC; a son, Robert Mack of Columbia, SC; two brothers, Warren P. DeShields (Jennifer) of Millville and Lloyd DeShields of Bridgeton; two sisters, Telisha Trent of Bridgeton, Qiani DeShields of Columbia, SC and three grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, April 25th at 1 PM.
