David and I were neighbors of Mrs Gosbin for 24 yrs. Mrs Gosbin was a nice lady. Always with a smile when we would see her outside. Our condolences to the family.

Mrs. Gosbin was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. I often told her she reminded me of my favorite Aunt, Catherine Hitchner
