Obituary of Otis Jones

Otis T. Jones, 65, of Bridgeton died Friday, December 27, 2013 at Inspira Regional Medical Center in Vineland. Mr. Jones was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Charles Towner and Barbara Jones on July 10, 1948. He had been a Bridgeton resident for the past 8 years and had lived in Millville prior to that. Before his retirement he had been employed with the Gorton Seafood Co. and Wheaton Glass Co. in Millville and had also worked in the seafood industry in Port Norris. Surviving are seven children, Otis Williams of SC, Otis Jones of Baltimore, MD, Desiree Taylor of Baltimore, MD, Latiya Holland of Millville, Tekowa Holland of Bridgeton, Shekirha Holland of Millville and Sheleia Holland of Vineland along with many grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, Memorial Ave., Port Norris on Tuesday, January 7th at 1 PM. Friends will be received at the church from 11 AM to 1 PM. Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Twp. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp.
