Doris E. Davis, 91, of Cedarville died on Sunday evening, July 6, 2014 at Genesis-Millville Center.
Born in Bridgeton, she was the wife of the late Floyd C. White and the late Clarence O. Davis respectively. Doris had been a resident of Lawrence Twp. for the past 60 years and prior that had lived in Fairton.
Before her retirement, she had been employed at the Leesburg State Prison for several years.
She is survived by her son, Floyd C. White and his wife Bertha of Cedarville; a grandson, Floyd “Butch” White of Cedarville; a great-grandson, Brandon Jay White of Fairton and a great-niece, Ellen Davis of Bridgeton.
Memorial services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, July 10th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cohansey Baptist Cemetery in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
