I just read this in the news and could not believe what I was reading! My name used to be Debra Knipe and I also used to work for the County and the Union. I knew Harley through both and even met you Linda a few times. I never met your family but I want to extend my condolences to all of you. Your husband/father was always a very hard worker, and he was a very nice man. I always admired him for saying exactly what was on his mind. I know he is going to be missed by all that knew him.
May God bless you Linda and your family in your time of sorrow, and may all the good memories of Harley bring some smiles to your faces.
