Obituary of Rebecca L. Dennis

Rebecca L. Dennis, 91 of New Castle, DE and formerly of Bridgeton and Vineland died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Arbors at New Castle. Born in Quincy, FL, she was the daughter of the late Rabe and Flossey Mae Russell and the wife of the late John R. Dennis. She had resided in DE for the past 20 years and had lived in Vineland and Bridgeton prior to that. Mrs. Dennis had formerly been employed with the Minots Foods Co. in Bridgeton and the Crystal Laundry. She is survived by her daughter, Ida Dennis-Hogans of Bridgeton; a sister, Naomi of Jacksonville, FL and 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, Dec. 4th at 12 Noon. Friends will be received from 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services. Interment will take place at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Twp.
